=> Kyle Hiers
From 2006 through 2007, Kyle Hiers was a mortgage broker at Benchmark Mortgage in the Birmingham, Alabama area. During this time, he borrowed money (as private investments) from people to fund real estate deals. These private investments were taken out through his business, TKT Enterprises, LLC. Today, Mr. Hiers still owes many of these investors' their money and nobody is quite sure where all the "invested" money went. He and his wife Tanya Hiers, lived a very comfortable lifestyle with a half million dollar home, 30+ investment properties, nice cars etc., most believe, on their money. Some investors provided their total life's savings including all retirement money. Others even pulled equity money from their homes. One investor is suffering from cancer. These people will never make up what Mr. Hiers took from them. Through personal experience, for almost a year, Kyle Hiers kept telling me that he was going to pay back my investment loan, but things never got done. Currently, he is not taking phone calls and is avoiding everyone (a responsible person would at least return a phone call). My investment, I believe, is not worth the paper it is written on. Kyle Hiers never provided proof of the money being invested at all. He had many opportunities with ample time to straighten things out and pay back my investment. Instead, he chose to avoid me and others, in hope that everyone will forget what he has taken. After no responses to my calls/messages, I have decided to contact all investors who have lost their money through Kyle Hiers and TKT Enterprises. From all of this, I have found that there are many people who have similar stories. For anyone associating with Mr. Hiers, a simple background check on him, including a review of public records, is advised. Altogether, through Mr. Hiers, people claim to show losses of approximately $1,700,000.00. It was later discovered that this is not the first time Mr. Hiers has done this. He attempted a similar, smaller investment situation, years before, in Mobile, AL. Until Mr. Kyle Hiers and/or his wife Tanya Hiers prove otherwise (by giving back the hard earned money that they took from people through TKT Enterprises, LLC), it can be and should be assumed, that the Hiers ran a multi-million dollar real estate investment ponzi scheme. Again, responsible people will return phone calls. In the meantime... Do Not invest or provide money to the Hiers or TKT Enterprises, LLC. Please note that if things get taken care of properly (responsible action
is performed to pay back the investments), it will be reflected/posted
here.
